we are hiring Civil Engineer job in lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing civil construction workflows, and ensuring that all engineering tasks are executed in strict accordance with project specifications, structural standards, and safety guidelines.
Quality Assurance & Technical Execution
In this role, you will take full ownership of quality control on site, inspecting structural elements, materials, and workmanship at every phase of construction. You will review technical drawings, structural blueprints, and material specifications, ensuring seamless coordination between architects, contractors, sub-contractors, and the management team. Accurate site measurement, quantity surveying, and material estimation will be key components of your daily responsibilities.
Project Management & Budget Control
As an experienced Civil Engineer, you will actively manage site timelines, track project milestones, and resolve technical issues or site constraints in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining precise documentation, preparing progress reports, tracking material consumption, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation without compromising on structural integrity or construction standards.

Requirements & Required Skills
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc Civil Engineering / BS Civil / B.Tech).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional site supervision and civil engineering experience in residential, commercial, or IT infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise in reading architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
Sound knowledge of site execution, concrete technology, estimation, and material testing protocols.
Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office (MS Excel for BOQs & reporting), and project management software.
Key Competencies: Excellent leadership, site management, communication, and decision-making skills under project deadlines
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional site supervision and civil engineering experience in residential, commercial, or IT infrastructure projects.
